We started ALM IT Solutions because we kept seeing the same story play out: businesses paying for IT support, but never quite feeling supported. Tickets that languished. Vendors that disappeared. Documentation that didn't exist.

We built ALM the way we wished IT was run — with mature ticketing, real SLAs, documented runbooks, and engineers who pick up the phone. The result is a managed service provider that thinks like an owner and operates like a global IT department.

He left a future in America to build one back home.

The story behind ALM IT Solutions — and why a kid from the Philippines walked away from a life abroad to bet on his own country.

Antonio Luis Martinez grew up in the Philippines with a fascination for how things work — especially the machines quietly running the businesses around him. He chased that curiosity into a career in Information Technology, and eventually into something most kids from his hometown only dream about: an opportunity to work in the United States.

In the U.S. he did the unglamorous, foundational work that builds a real engineer — troubleshooting systems at all hours, supporting users through their worst days, and watching how the world's most demanding businesses actually depend on technology to survive. He saw the standard up close. He learned what "good IT" really looks like.

And then, with scholarships on the table and a comfortable path forward, he did the thing almost no one expected — he came home. Not because the opportunities abroad weren't real, but because he couldn't shake the feeling that what he had learned belonged back in the Philippines, in the hands of the businesses that needed it most.

Back home, he saw what he expected to see: small businesses fighting to survive with outdated systems, no cybersecurity, no real IT partner — and being charged enterprise prices for basic help. So he started ALM IT Solutions out of a single conviction: that a clinic in Iloilo, a law office in Bacolod, or a family-owned retailer in Cebu deserves the same caliber of IT support as a Fortune 500 company in New York — without the Fortune 500 price tag.

ALM is being built the hard way. One client, one rescued server, one secured network at a time. No shortcuts. No outsourced call centers. Just the same engineer-led, owner- minded standard he learned abroad — now delivered from home.
